Right of Free Withdrawal
Under current legislation, the consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise the right of free withdrawal from the contract, without the need to provide any reason. To exercise this right, you must contact us in writing via email at geral@orion.com.pt, indicating the order number and purchase details.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, complete, and in their original packaging.
