Returns

At Ourivesaria Orion, your complete satisfaction is our priority. We want you to fall in love with your piece as soon as you receive it. However, if for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we guarantee a simple and transparent return process.

Terms and Conditions

📌 Timeframe: We accept returns within the legal period of 14 days after receiving the order.
📌 Item Condition: As these are high-value jewelry and decor items, the piece must be returned exactly in its original condition. It must not show any signs of use, scratches, or damage.
📌 Packaging and Authenticity: The item must be accompanied by its original packaging in perfect condition, as well as all certificates, invoices, and intact security tags or seals.
📌 Exceptions: For hygiene and security reasons, we do not accept returns of personalized pieces (e.g., custom-sized rings or engraved items) or items showing signs of tampering.

How to Proceed

Contact us via email at geral@orion.com.pt, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will reply with all shipping instructions and the return address (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).
Upon receiving the piece at our facilities, it will be carefully inspected.
If everything is in order, the refund will be processed within a maximum of [e.g., 5 to 10 business days], using the same payment method as the original purchase.
